Prep Floors for Recoating & Burnishing
Get your wood floors ready for recoating or burnishing with Swish Prep Wood Floor Deep Cleaner. The concentrated formula can be mixed at a ratio of 1:42 with cool water, providing excellent value. The diluted solution can then be applied evenly to the floor with a mop. Floors should then be sanded, squeegeed, and vacuumed to remove soils. The next step in the process is Swish Gym Finish to improve foot traction and prevent floors from damage.

Dilution Ratio:
- Dilute at 1:42 - 88.7mL (3 oz) per 3.78L (1 gal) with cool water
The same dilution is used for deep cleaning prior to recoating, as well as preparing floors for burnishing.
Follow With Swish Gym Finish
After the floor has been thoroughly cleaned with Swish Prep, it can be followed up with Swish Gym to preserve the quality and appearance of flooring. The high gloss finish is an acrylic water-based formula that offers superior durability and traction. It is UL certified for slip-resistance and also protects floors from black marks, scuffs, and soils.
