Swish® Dynasty Acrylic Floor Sealer

Designed to protect the life and appearance of flooring, Swish Dynasty Acrylic Floor Sealer adds enhanced durability by bonding to the floor surface. Providing excellent leveling properties, this acrylic sealer dries in an even, clear gloss, sealing the floor completely. The formula contains 16% polymer solids requiring fewer coats and less frequent maintenance.

You may think you are saving time and hassle by skipping the floor sealer and going straight to the finish. However, laying a solid foundation with this highly effective sealer will save time, money, and headaches in the future. Creating a protective barrier on the floor surface, this durable formula is non-yellowing, and reduces heel & scuff marks, soil penetration, and staining.

Before applying Swish Dynasty for the first time, the first step is to remove the old, worn floor finish with a Swish floor stripping solution. After the stripping solution has been removed and rinsed, the next step is to apply the Dynasty Sealer. Applying 1-2 coats is recommended, waiting 30 minutes between coats. Next is applying a Swish floor finish, 2-4 coats is suggested for optimal gloss. The new surface should be maintained with routine dry mopping, cleaning, and buffing.
