HEAVY-DUTY CLEANER FOR HIGH TEMP APPLICATIONS
ServClean Oven is a heavy alkaline cleaner-degreaser specifically designed to remove carbonized deposits and spot oils from ovens, griddles, fryers, and hoods. The concentrated cleaner can be diluted at a wide variety of ratios for a range of applications.
Dirty, poorly maintained ovens can present a fire hazard and a variety of other health issues for people in their vicinity. The same can be said of dirty grills with caked on food deposits that harbour bacteria that can cause illness. This convenient, ready-to-use viscous oven cleaner clings to vertical surfaces for removal of carbonized deposits, spot oil, and grease. It is suitable for nearly any cleaning environment, including commercial kitchens, housekeeping, and industrial settings.
