What is the Swish delivery policy?
When you place an online order, Swish will ship from our closest local warehouse. Purolator is our main delivery method which provides two options for receiving your shipment:
You will be able to select one of these options at checkout. If you choose No Signature Required, your package will be left at your shipping address destination.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a Tracking Number in your confirmation email. This tracking number will also be visible on your account profile when logged into your Swish account.
For delivery status updates, enter your tracking number into the Track a Shipment field on the Purolator Homepage.
Purolator does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Rural Areas, instead offering an alternative delivery method to the closest Pick-Up Location Near You. To find the most practical pick-up location for you, please use this link:
