Pick Up

Bring your email & a photo ID to get your order.

The in-store pickup process is simple and straightforward. Here’s how it works:

  1. Find the Product: Browse or search the website for product you want to pickup
  2. Open the Product Page to select location: On the product page, check if “Pickup” is available near you.
  3. Choose Your Item: Click on Add to pickup for item(s) you want to your cart.
  4. Checkout: Fill in the details and select the “pickup date” option during checkout.
  5. Check Your Inbox: We’ll send a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup during store hours.*
  6. Pickup: Bring a valid photo ID (like a driver's license or passport) and your “pickup is ready” confirmation email (you can show it on your mobile phone) to the store.

*Please note: If your item goes out of stock as we process your order, we’ll notify you via email.

How does Pickup In-store work?
Select your item and choose the "Pick Up In Store" option. Add the item to your cart and complete your order. Select your item and choose the "Pick Up In Store" option. Add the item to your cart and complete your order. Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a "Ready for Pickup" confirmation email. Bring the email and a valid photo ID to the store to collect your order.
When will my order be ready for pickup?
Your order will be ready after you receive a "Ready for Pickup" email. Do not go to the store before receiving this notification.
What do I need to bring to pick up my order?

Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Yes, as long as the person has the "Ready for Pickup" email and a pieces of ID.
How quickly will my order be ready for pickup?
Most orders are ready within few hours. Wait for the "Ready for Pickup" email before heading to the store to ensure the order is processed.
What happens if I need to cancel my order?
Contact customer service to cancel your order.
Is there a time limit to pick up my order?
Yes, you have up to 3 working days from when you receive the "Ready for Pickup" email to collect your order.
What happens if I don't pick up my order?
If you don't pick up your order within the specified hold period, it will be canceled, and you won't be charged.
What payment methods are accepted for store pickup orders?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
My item wasn’t available for store pickup. What should I do?
If an item isn’t available for pickup, you can choose to have it shipped to your address.
Are there any order quantity limits for store pickup?
We may have quantity limits due to availability or store policies.
Why might my order be declined?
Occasionally, items may sell out before your order is processed.
