Enviro-Solutions® ES99 Impregnator Sealer - 3.78L

Floors and other surfaces made from porous materials should be protected with a sealer to prevent degradation and decay. Porous materials absorb liquid, oils, and mineral deposits over time, which can cause staining and deterioration of flooring. Topical sealers can be used, but in the case of porous materials, a penetrating sealer like the Impregnator Sealer, is generally more effective. This penetrating sealer permeates beneath the surface to form a sealed bond to impede the absorption of water and oil, to prevent staining and erosion.

USES:

• May be used on ceramic tile, terrazzo, and concrete floors
• Effective grout sealer
• Apply product to clean surface with finish mop for flooring, or sprayer or squeegee for grout
• Let dry for 2-6 hours before re-coating; maximum protection is reached after 24 hours
• Can be used for interim and partial restorative floor maintenance
